Great recipe substituted mirin for sake just the right tang . Washing the rice is key.

First time try and worked out great. Fortunately I had a rice cooker, so that helped ensure success. I cut the receipe in half, but great results.

It's really good and easy to make! I just had problems with the number of servings. I put it on 2 servings, but ended up having enough for 4 servings (based on my sibling's diet). But it's fine. I made the extra rice into onigiri! Will definitely make more soon!

Excellent sushi rice recipe. Instead of rolling the sushi with a sushi mat, I used a sushi bazooka gadget, which really works great and easy to use. Definitely will make it again.
