Pecan pie is a staple in my southern rooted household. This has always been the recipe of choice. Even my sister who doesn't like pecans will ask for one without the nuts (weird but the filling is yummy nonetheless)! Thank you, It's a hit at my potluck pie day at work....Many requests!!!
