    Perfectly good meat. I did turn the chicken once for even cooking. For the Australian & British people using this app I put the temperature at 210c gas mark 6

    Wonderful, easy recipe. Tasty skin and quite juicy. It did smoke as advertised so make sure you have an exhaust fan running. I did tent it in foil during the last 15 minutes so watch the skin and temperature. Mine took about 15 minutes less than prescribed overall.
