    Excellent! So easy won’t buy a premade pie ever again. Tip. Place the pie crust on a baking sheet with foil before you pour in the mixture. Makes it easier to put into the oven and captures the dripping, keeping it off the bottom of your oven

    Perfect and crazy easy to make. In addition to the stated spices, I also added a half of teaspoon of “pumpkin pie spice”, which included all of the above plus some all spice. It took far longer than the stated time to cook, but I’ve never made a more perfect pie. This one’s a keeper.

    Top Notch! The recipe is easy and the finished Pie is wonderful! The taste-test went well, tomorrow's family will be the final judge. I anticipate "rave reviews"!     This pie is rich and creamy right out of the oven, and it doesn’t stick to the roof of your mouth (although those pies come in handy at family gatherings). The spices are not hidden in a sugary glob of fluorescent orange (I added 1/4 tsp. of cloves). I left my already-purchased pre-made pie crust at Walmart so I angrily made a crust using graham crackers, melted butter, cinnamon, and sugar (Martha Stewart wouldn’t lay eyes on it, but it sure is tasty).
