Wow, First time cooking prime rib. BIGOVEN was easy to follow and the roast turned out fantastic. Cant wait to try this with Bottom Round an Lamb roast

Don't know if this is the same recipe I used before but the instructions are the same. I will say it makes a perfect prime rib. I always use the seasoning of my liking though which is a peppercorn salt blend.
