Way overdone:2 1/2lbs for 1 hour 15 minutes at 3:50.

I used this recipe less seasoned salt + fresh rosemary and flavor was great. I also rubbed with olive oil before seasoning.
I had a small 3.3 lb roast with 1 rib. Next time, going to try 45 minutes. Ended up a little too done at 1 hour, and I didn’t re-warm, not sure that would be necessary unless leaving out for hours.
