I wouldn’t call it perfect, but it’s good. I added some spice and a lot more salt and pepper to give it the flavor I thought it should have. Pretty easy to make. I may make it again.

Turned out good!! Easy and flavor can be added easily with cheese rind and herbs.

easy to make, everyone loves it. I did not have heavy cream so I just used milk twice and it turned out fine. I will definitely make it again and I definitely recommend it. I used the low sodium chicken broth and I'm glad I did because I added the leftover ham from Christmas to this soup and it was great.

This was delicious! I had not yet used my instant pot for potato soup so I had my doubts through it the process but it turned out really good! Will definitely make again

Good soup. I substituted 1/4 cup of heavy cream with sour cream and used fresh chives as garnish rather than parsley.

Delicious! My husband and I were craving potato soup on a fall day and this was easy enough to make. We especially liked the slightly spicy kick from the Cajun spices!

It was delicious!! I will be making this again, I used tarragon because I didn’t have fresh parsley but it still turned out great!!

I've made this soup more than a dozen times, and each time the family loves it so much that there are no leftovers!

my family really enjoyed this soup. i used more potatoes than the recipe called for and my kids asked me to use less celery next time😂
i also think i should have added more salt and pepper

The soups smell fills the air of autumn and gives a tasteful reminder of when you were a kid smelling all the foods cooking during thanksgiving and Christmas.
I follow the the recipe to the word
The only changes
I make is adding Cajun to taste
I buy the thick cut most expensive bacon I can get
Extra bacon ( in half’s or thirds) to dip and bite on the side
And to top it off boars head gouda cheese (lots of if, about 1/4-1/3 cup per bowl)

This has become a staple for us! We do change the recipe as we like ours spicier!

It was very good. The recipe is easy to follow. I used one cup of whole milk instead of heavy cream and cayenne pepper instead of cajun spices.

Delicious soup!
I used red potatoes (because I needed to use them up) and half and half for the milk/cream combination (because that’s what I had on hand). No matter; this recipe is delicious and family approved!

It was delicious, had my in-laws over lunch and this was definitely a hit everyone loved it. I didn’t blend the soup in a blender because I let my potatoes cook longer so they were the consistency we liked. I also doubled the flour and milk mixture, I also used evaporated milk instead of jug milk.
