Was pretty dry but I think my chops were thinner and I didn’t adjust cooking time enough

These turned out way too over cooked. The second batch I tried I didn’t even put in the oven and they were better, but still a tad over cooked.

Flavor awesome, I would recommend a hotter pan. On high and flip until slightly more than golden brown and put in oven. Watch it. First time I ended up with crispy bacon. I would go 4 min one side or u til slightly more than golems brown. Like melted milk chocolate color. And flip, no matter the time do the same to the other side. The put in oven to finish
