Great recipe! I couldn’t ever make soft peanut butter cookies, and with this recipe I can.

They are good, but I decided I don’t like peanut butter cookies much rolled in sugar. If you like yours rolled in sugar, then these are easy and yummy!

Turned out delicious! I used a full cup of peanut butter and 1 1/4 cup of flour.

It is 3 Am in the morning... I could not sleep, looking at all the recipes on this site...
This peanut butter cookie caught my eye. I thought I would try it as it had all the ingredients I had on hand early in the morning. I ended up making the cookie balls bigger so I ended up cooking them for 9 min. As they were doughy at 7-8. I then left them on the tray for 4-5 min. before transferring. The reason they are so soft is because of undercooking. They do not fall apart and are very creamy . I ate 2 at 3:30 am. Then one of my children cane downstairs for water and grabbed a cookie. He said they were delicious. I agree. Will bake again another time. It is worth making, even at 3 am

My husband is a peanut butter fanatic & he loved these cookies! The key is refrigerate the dough at least an hour so they’ll hold their shape & not melt down into cookie pancakes.

This recipe will now be my top choice for PB cookies! Delicious and remained soft several days. I used half whole wheat flour, added toffee pieces, and instead of rolling in sugar, I put a little icing and toffee on top. Because they are so soft, they are a little inclined to fall apart, but when transferring 24, 23 successfully made it onto the platter. Just a warning. These were a hit at our family party!

Left half as balls the other we squished down a bit like my nan used to do. Prefer the un-squishified one but any iteration of this cookie is delectable. Will easily be the favorite at any event.

My boyfriend loves peanut butter cookies so I decided to surprise him with some tonight and he loved them. This recipe is amazing! Next time I want to try adding chocolate chips to it :)

I love the texture and not overly peanut butterly... I put roasted peanuts inside half the batch and I rolled them in raw sugar... came out great!

Wow! If you like soft cookies and peanut butter, this is the recipe for you! I used crunchy peanut butter. They were good warm, but better the next day. Yum!

Crunchy bite, but soft in the middle. Used less than half the amount of sugar, but added Oreo biscuit pieces to the dough. Yum yum yum

I loved the texture of these cookies, however they were WAY TOO SWEET. Next time I will take out some of the sugar, and probably won't bother rolling them in the extra sugar. Also, I might add more peanut butter as the flavour was pretty mild.

Oh these are so GOOD! So easy to make too. I love soft cookies and these are great. I made another batch and put chocolate kisses on top.
