I found the batter a bit too thick so I added more milk to thin it out. Tasted good and cooked up nicely

It was thick and pretty fluffy, so the texture was really good, but the flavor was bland and not that great. It just depends on how you typically like your pancakes.

A little too thick, but adding milk helps. Great flavor! Makes a ton. Next time I will half the recipe.

Mine somehow ended up as biscuits, but they were super tasty! I think the cake flour really makes a difference!

Easy to make. Loads better than what comes out of a box. Quickly becoming a family favourite.

They turned out fluffy but in a dry and spongy way. The taste was yummy but the texture wasn’t the cake-like texture I prefer. My kids sensed something was different and said they “tasted” funny, (5 & 7 year old speak). May try again w/ AP-flour.

The recipe as written serves quite a few people. I modified it to three servings of three small pancakes. In addition I whipped the egg and used half heavy cream /half milk. They are delicious and so fluffy. I used butter to prepare them so the pancakes had a tasty crispy outside and a melt in your mouth inside!

Delicious and fluffy. love that the taste of vanilla comes through. would be best w a fruit compote i think.
I used bread flour instead of cake, and it turned out great.
