They are so light and fluffy but a little on the bland side. May need another tablespoon of sugar to please those who are used to sweeter more buttery pancakes. The texture is great!

these actually ARE perfect. super simple and, even altered to be gluten free, are fluffy and great!
for those interested, i used
1C Bob's 1 for 1 baking mix
1/4C oat flour
2Tbsp Coconut flour
2Tpsp Almond meal

These pancakes are so delicious! They are easy to make, and they melt in your mouth
