My husband is not a big potato lover so I made my chunks much smaller. I put them in the steamer for 4 minutes and then into a frying pan with oil. They turned out very nicely and he liked them. :o)

sometimes the simple answer is the right answer. nice and fluffy on the inside, thought I would need more salt but it was perfect as is
