    Not that much flavour. Loved the cranberries in this though. I used sweetned dried WHOLE cranberries not craisins. I let them cook in the sauce to plump. I will tweak this recipe. Double the glaze and allow to carrots to cook longer IN the glaze. That was my mistake! I did not have fresh herbs to be fair! i did not use white sugar! I prefer honey!!
