So easy and perfect! Only change I made was adding 1Tbsp of milk to loosen the dough. Was a bit too stiff so makes cookies a wee bit softer.

Used organic coconut sugar as a substitute for sugar and they still turned out tasty but slightly darker and healthier. My 4yo had a blast cutting stars! And enjoyed eating them! I’ll keep this in my rotation.
