- 4 lb. pork shoulder roast
- 15 oz. taco sauce (green)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 sweet onion (sliced)
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. dried oregano
- 2 tsp. cumin
- 2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper (or to taste)
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup milk (Do not add to crockpot.)
- 12 tortillas (small, Corn and whole wheat blend tortillas are my current fav.)
