- 1 bell pepper (medium, seeds removed and chopped)
- 2 celery stalks (finely chopped, about 1/3 cup)
- 3 radishes (trimmed and finely chopped, about 1/3 cup)
- 1 dill pickle (medium, finely chopped, optional)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise (try our homemade mayonnaise recipe)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. yellow mustard (substitute Dijon or whole grain mustard)
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. fine sea salt (plus more to taste)
- 1/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper (plus more to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. honey (optional for sweet version)

This is very good! I subbed a few peperoncinis for the dill pickle and added an extra bell pepper. Also, added 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard + the optional honey. I will make this again.

This is a great recipe! Everyone enjoyed it. I would recommend using more mustard than the recipe calls for...to taste.
