Amazing! We’ve already eaten some! It was slightly cakey and soft but I like it like that so brilliant! Would definitely make again

A cakey mixture ... not a chewy crunchy cookie.
Used a mixture of light brown, caster and coconut sugar to use up what ever was in the cupboard

Chilled the dough overnight and baked for a drink with breakfast this morning. Perfect with the pinch of salt 👍🍪

I agree they are too fat did mine plain as one of my family don't like things too chocolaty and put chocolate buttons on top .The outside is nice any crunchy but the middle too cake like not chewy like i expected.Don't think I'll be making them again.
