Very good! Yes I will make it again. Did not change except used large eggs and cut back a little on the butter.

I already knew how to make scrambled eggs but these were next level.

I added in some leftover Christmas ham, sweet/red onion and pepper before the egg mix and some cheese just before serving, it was much more like what we get from a good restaurant. Will make again.

Amazing. The butter made the eggs come out better than any amount of whisking and milk I’ve ever tried before. Added a freshly shredded sharp cheddar at my girlfriend’s request and it did not disappoint. Highly recommend and will continue to make this.

Great recipe, I did everything according to the recipe, except for the seasonings because I love seasonings. Instead of just salt and pepper, I also added paprika, dried shallots, parsley, and roasted garlic powder. It came out great. Who knew that butter made things creamier than milk? Thanks for sharing!
