It was amazing. Just have a good burger. You can't go wrong. I used blue cheese instead. Definitely doing it again

it was very simple to put the pattie together, cooked very well in iron skillet. i assembled it like you said , the pickles made the roll a little mushy. next time i will start with lettuce n onion on bun 1st then tomato,burger n cheese. still had a great taste

Not much went into making this “perfect” burger. There were no new secrets that I didn’t already know. The burgers were good, but nothing special. I guess a great burger is all about the toppings.
