    Excellent. I made adjustments. The recipes didn’t call for olive oil or balsamic glaze. I added 1/4 tsp olive oil to tomatoes and drizzled balsamic glaze on finished bruschetta. This is how I adjusted the recipe: Used 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, doubles the basil. Rather than 2 cloves of garlic I used 7. If you use as much garlic as I did be prepared for garlic breath. (LOL). All in all - perfect. We each ate 4 pieces. It was my dinner and very filling. Next time I make it I’m gonna find a way to use less butter.
