omg these were so good! nice and moist, with a good banana flavor to them. 20 minutes was the perfect amount of time to bake them too. my family and i just really enjoyed these muffins

Very tasty muffins EXCEPT way too much salt!!! That has to be a typo right? When I saw 1 tsp I thought no way. I added less -- but it still tastes too salty. I will make this recipe again but cut the salt to 1/4 tsp. Also -- and this is my pet peeve with most recipes calling for bananas -- "3 bananas" isn't specific enough. I live in an area where bananas are grown so I have access to bananas of vastly different sizes. Fortunately the amount of bananas you add is forgiving. I added 6 small bananas -- because like someone else said -- that's how many I had. I ended up with enough batter for 16 muffins -- but they turned out well -- except for the salt.

I ran out of all purpose flour so using 1 cup AP flour and 1 cup bread flour didn’t affect texture. I also used 4 bananas (just cuz that’s how many I had.) Waste not want not. I didn’t even let the butter cool down much and the muffins were perfect at the time stated. WOW these are really good muffins. Light but really moist and super flavorful. I used Turinbado sugar sprinkled on top and chopped pecans in the batter. Next time I will make a streusel topping with the pecans to add a crunchy top to contrast with the moist muffin. Thanks for the recipe!

I love these muffins. They are some of my favorite when I have extra bananas laying around.

The taste was great, but they did have to cook a little longer, even without additions.

Took 25 minutes to cook rather than 20, but they were delicious. I added chocolate chips.

These were amazing! They were fluffy and moist AND you could really taste the bananas. Sometimes the flavor gets lost in other recipes. I added mini chocolate chips for something extra.

Probably one of the best recipes I’ve ever used but only used Half a cup of regular sugar because it’s not cake... also sprinkled some brown sugar on top and they came out perfect It doesn’t need all the extra sugar!!

We made a double batch because we had five bananas that were turning. We decided to add dark chocolate chips to the recipe. So yummy.

I LOVE THIS RECIPE!!! I got a perfect twelve muffins and they are DELICIOUS! My only recommendation is to bake it a minute or two longer to fully cook it, or take them out when the top is nice and firm. If you do the toothpick trick, the banana will come off on it so make sure you don’t think it’s undercooked.

    Absolutely delicious! I added blueberries.
They were great! The time is more than 40 minutes instead of 20 but that could be because of the oven
