Followed the instructions to the letter and they came out perfectly! Much better than in the microwave.

Great!! I poked a lot of holes in mine then rubbed it w oil but crispy and soft and the inside

Very nice. The olive oil added a nice touch. I had smaller potatoes so 45 minutes was perfect. No lean up with parchment paper!
