- 48 flour tortillas ( fajita size)
- 14 jars ragu pizza quick sauc
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (about 8 oz)
- 36 slices pepperoni

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°. Arrange four tortillas on two ungreased baking sheets. Bake 10 minutes or just until beginning to crisp. Remove from oven.
- Evenly top each baked tortilla with Sauce, then cheese and pepperoni. Top with remaining tortillas. Bake* 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. To serve, cut into triangles.

This recipe was very good. I finished the cheese ball by rolling it in slivered almonds. Served it with an assortment of crackers.
