Came out great. The dough is a lot like how kolaches are made in the Houston Texas area. I added some mozzarella cheese to a few and fried bologna in a few others (didn't have enough pepperoni on hand). I figured any meat or cheese would be great with this roll. The dough is slightly sweet and that balances well with the salty add-ins.
