I made these as a party appetizer. I skipped the pre-cooking of the tomatoes and spices. I mixed the quartered cherry tomatoes, spices, and (added) chopped black olives in some olive oil in a bowl. Then placed them in the pre-roasted pepperoni (turkey) and cheese (used low fat) cups. Then added the cheese and baked at 375 again for just a few minutes. They were so good, even cold, 2 hours into the party. I didn't have a single one left over.
