Tasted great. I substituted sour cream for heavy cream since I was running low and still tasted great. Also added some pizza sauce. Would definitely double this recipe since it wasn’t enough.

added chillis, chorizo, broccoli and a pizza sauce made with tomato paste, garlic and herbs. will also add spring onions nex time

I had to make a few sustitutions because I didn't have pepperoni or heavy cream on hand. I used bacon and sour cream, but this was so good I could have eaten it as a meal! Can't wait to try it with pepperoni!

Thank you so much for posting this! It turned out wonderfully. We modified it slightly by using salami instead of pepperoni and added basil and mushrooms. We also added the basil and mushrooms to the puree... so yummy!! We are already thinking about the endless variations (like buffalo chicken, with celery and blue cheese in the puree)... and can't wait to try it! Thanks again for posting this, such a creative and delicious use for cauliflower!

Decent. Had to add 3 more tablespoons of heavy cream as I couldn't get the mixture to blend smoothly otherwise.
Still taste like cauliflower but that's okay we like the taste.
Get a large head of cauliflower otherwise it will make an appetizer not enough for a full entree.

This was really good! I added a few cups of spinach, some garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt and pepper and only slightly pureed the cauliflower.

Very happy with this dish! Easy to make and very tasty! I was hesitant to try it, but so happy I did!

This recipe does not even taste like cauliflower, which is awesome. I made it as a entree for dinner. In the future, I would make this as a side dish. It was good, but I couldn't eat a lot of it. I'd like to pair it with something else to ensure I'm not still hungry after dinner
