Really simple recipe! I had almost everything on hand except for fresh basil and not a lot of mozzarella. Since I didn’t have enough mozzarella I used what was left and some grated Parmesan cheese to top off the pizza bake. The bake ended up having a super crunchy top with a kind of gooey underside with cheese since I layer it. And instead of basil I have an oregano grinder so I used that and it was delicious! My little sister ate this and she said it was lacking something so I’ll probably add oregano with the sauce or some Italian seasoning next time.

This is a super easy dish to make and can be thrown together pretty quickly. All three of my kids liked it, even the one who doesn't like to try anything. I will definitely make this again.
