I overcooked it so it was a bit dry but worth making it again. The sauce was too thin, definitely needs to be thicker. The instructions didn’t say to simmer if you want it thicker. It was noted in the blog comments. It should be an option noted in the recipe as I didn’t see that option until I went back to read it to figure out why the sauce was a milk-like texture. Pai didn't like the sauce and agreed that it was overcooked. I will make it again for me!
