- 2 cups peas
- 1 cup green beans (roughly chopped)
- 2 beef steaks (approx 200g each scotch fillet)
- 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. whole grain mustard (I used Maille)
- 3 Tbsp. crème fraîche (lite, or use unsweetened low-fat yoghurt)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (around 12, halved)
- 1 handful flat leaf parsley (roughly chopped)
