Delicious I did toss the beef with cornstarch, salt and pepper before frying it and deglazed the pan with some Chardonnay (maybe 1/3 cup) when cooking the veggies

This was an excellent tasting dish and very easy and quick to make. I am one that likes a little heat so i did add some crushed red pepper 🌶.
