- 1/2 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil

- 1/2 tsp. Chinese 5 spice
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- salt (to taste)
- 3 bell peppers (any ccolor combo sliced ¼” thick)
- 1 onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 Tbsp. minced ginger
- 6 cloves garlic (minced)
