It was easy and we like it overall. Could have been a tad more flavorful though.

Love love love the flavor !!! Used red and yellow peppers instead of green! Made quinoa with it

Hearty and warming on a fall evening! It was also very colorful with an orange pepper, a yellow one and a can of cherry tomatoes. Pretty easy and quick to prepare. Already I am looking forward to leftovers.
