Followed instructions correctly and used the low sodium soy sauce but I thought it was to salty. I didn’t add any additional salt to the dish, next time I’d reduce the soy sauce or add a bit more water.

Everyone enjoyed this, including my 3 year old. Easy and quick to make. I served this with brown rice. Next time I will probably reduce the black pepper to 1/2 tsp. in the marinade and in the stir fry sauce, it was a little too spicy for my kids but they still ate it. I used rice wine vinegar- it didn't specify what kind. I only used 2 tbsp. of olive oil, that was enough. I will definitely make this again.
