- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. brine (Peperoncini, from the jar of Peperoncini)
- 6 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- salt
- black ground pepper
- 6 cups romaine lettuce (chopped or torn, washed and dried)
- 1 cup peperoncini (sliced)
- 1/2 red bell pepper (cut in short, thin slices)
- 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbles (I used my favorite Feta cheese)
