- 2 cups mushroom broth (or a rich vegetable broth if you can't find it)
- 1/4 cup sauce (or a smoky BBQ Sauce)
- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce (make sure yours is vegan)
- 1 tsp. soy sauce (or Tamari)
- 2 tsp. seasoning (I used a Montreal Steak Seasoning)
- 1 cup mixed mushrooms (pick dark, flavorful mushrooms)
- 2 cans jackfruit (in BRINE drained, well rinsed & dried)
- 4 ciabatta (or other Rolls)
- 1 jar Mezzetta Peperoncini (sliced)
- vegan mayonnaise
