  • 1 tablespoon I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
  • 2 portobello mushrooms (medium, stems removed and mushrooms coarsely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 jar (1 lb. 8 oz.) Ragu® Old World Style® Pasta Sauce OR Ragu® Light Pasta Sauce (1 lb. 8 oz., or Ragu® Light Pasta Sauce)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 box penne (16 oz., or ziti pasta, cooked and drained)

    Directions

    1. Melt Spread in 12-inch skillet over medium heat and cook mushrooms, stirring occasionally, 7 minutes or until tender. Stir in vinegar and cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute. Stir in Pasta Sauce and pepper and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes. Serve over hot penne and garnish, if desired, with grated Parmesan cheese.
