- 1 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
- 2 portobello mushrooms (medium, stems removed and mushrooms coarsely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 jar Ragu® Old World Style® Pasta Sauce (1 lb. 8 oz., or Ragu® Light Pasta Sauce)
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 box penne (16 oz., or ziti pasta, cooked and drained)

Directions
- Melt Spread in 12-inch skillet over medium heat and cook mushrooms, stirring occasionally, 7 minutes or until tender. Stir in vinegar and cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute. Stir in Pasta Sauce and pepper and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes. Serve over hot penne and garnish, if desired, with grated Parmesan cheese.
