- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 24 oz. marinara sauce (jar of)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz. sliced mushrooms (drained, optional)
- 3 small tomatoes (diced)
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 16 oz. penne pasta

Directions
- Prepare penne pasta per package instructions.
- Meanwhile, Combine bread crumbs and parmesan cheese in a small bowl.

Very good! I prefer it to the restaurant. I added more flakes because I like things spicy. It makes a ton of portions as well. You won't buy from Noodles & Co. after this.

Even better than the restaurant, and at a better price/portion too! Definitely a household favorite!
