  • 200 grams ham (diced)
  • 200 grams panela cheese (or ricotta cheese)
  • 1 broccoli (large, in florets and cooked al dente)
  • 2 carrots (chopped and cooked al dente)
  • 3 chipotle chilies
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • bouillon powder

    Directions

    1. Cook the pasta following the instructions on the package. Drain and mix with the ham, cheese, and vegetables, then set aside.
    2. Place all the ingredients for the sauce except the butter, salt, pepper, and bouillon into a blender and puree. Without sifting, pour onto a saucepan and add the butter. Heat until it boils, then season with salt, pepper, and bouillon powder to taste.
    3. Serve the pasta and pour the sauce on top. This dish can be served warm or cold.
