- 200 grams ham (diced)
- 200 grams panela cheese (or ricotta cheese)
- 1 broccoli (large, in florets and cooked al dente)
- 2 carrots (chopped and cooked al dente)
- 3 chipotle chilies
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 tomatoes
- 1/4 onion
- 1 tsp. butter
- salt
- ground black pepper
- bouillon powder

Directions
- Cook the pasta following the instructions on the package. Drain and mix with the ham, cheese, and vegetables, then set aside.
- Place all the ingredients for the sauce except the butter, salt, pepper, and bouillon into a blender and puree. Without sifting, pour onto a saucepan and add the butter. Heat until it boils, then season with salt, pepper, and bouillon powder to taste.
- Serve the pasta and pour the sauce on top. This dish can be served warm or cold.
