- 16 oz. beer (tall boy of, emptied and refilled half way with water)
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2/3 cup water (boling)
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
- 8 plums (Italian prune, or 4 regular plums, split in half and pitted)
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. fresh ginger (grated)
- 1 Tbsp. chili garlic sauce (Chinese)
- 6 scallions (white and light green parts only, finely sliced lengthwise)
- 1 cucumber (small, seeded and cut into 4-inch long matchsticks)
