- ¼ teaspoon ground pepper plus ¼ teaspoon more for flour mixture
- 1/4 tsp. flour
- honey mustard
- 1/4 cup yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt (I used 2% but non fat will work...it will just be a little thinner sauce.)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
