Not only are these delicious, they’re quick and easy to make! I make these all the time when I want a treat or if people are coming over. I’ve also substituted in cashews and they’re equally yummy (maybe even better!).

Delicious and easy! I added an extra 1/4 cup of sugar to the dough. I dipped the glass in sugar to flatten the cookies. I did put the half pecan on top. Very good!
