Cooking temperature is so wrong with this recipe. It looks nothing the like the picture and I followed this recipe to a T. I’ll be looking for a new one and will not use this one again. Terrible.

It turned out wonderful I was so scared but my family loved it made it last year for thanksgiving and they want it again this year..

The cheesecake does take longer to bake than this recipe states. However this is one of the best desserts I have had and it was immediately requested for all family holidays and birthdays.

Either the temperature was off or the timing was incorrect but my cheesecake took much longer than the 50 minutes to bake. And after the first bake, it didn’t solidify enough so when I put the topping on, it sank right through the middle of the cake.

Easy to follow and tastes great! I found and made an easy caramel sauce to go with it.

Instead of sugar in the cheesecake part, used 1/2 cup mashed ripe banana and 1/2 cup date paste. And left out the cornsyrup in pecan part, Still taste very good, a lot less sweet I would guess. But as I love making desserts gotta make my sugar intake less somehow 😋
