The taste of this pie is spot on, but I'm having an issue with consistency. I've made this two times and each time the pie is very "soupy" inside. I follow the very simple directions and for some reason the pie doesn't set for me. Should I add a bit of cornstarch? Any other suggestions? Thank you!
