- 1 cup pecans (roughly chopped)
- 1/2 cup pepitas
- 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp. flaxseeds
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. canela
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil (melted)
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350f and prepare a cookie sheet.
- In a large bowl combine the pecans, pepitas, chia seeds, flaxseed, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg.
- In a small bowl mix the coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla.
- Pour the wet into the dry and mix well. Spread out on your prepared cookie sheet.
- Bake 10-12 minutes.
