Hi, sound great! but I have a question, 8oz of couscous for 10 servings? 8oz (1cup) is like..., for 2 servings

This is delicious and lasts for days! The pine nuts add a good texture balance and the cranberries add the bit of sweetness you need. Very easy to cook, even for a beginner like me!

So good! The lemon adds such a nice freshness to this recipe. I added green beans and served with lemon chicken to make a meal. Made this twice and both times somehow I managed to forgot to add the cheese, but still really enjoyed it (and that’s saying a lot considering I’m basically a cheese addict lol). Also got two thumbs up from the hubby!
