- 1/2 cup pancake mix
- 1/8 cup pecans
- 2 tsp. canola oil (or melted butter)
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 large egg whites (or 1 whole egg, lightly beaten)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 cup pears (grated)
- 3 tsp. fresh ginger (grated)
- 1 Tbsp. butter (cut into 6 pieces)
