    this is very nice recipe to make healthy snack for my 3 year daughter. I put this on pop molder in the freezer , and now she eat this as ice cream pop.

    i put hemp seeds, and slight of honey. very very good. dont even need sugar. it has a nutty taste....

    It's a light smoothie, just barely sweet and not bitter at all. Worked great in my kid's sippy cup. I didn't have dates so I substituted 1 Tbs honey.
