Loved it. I used 7.5 teaspoons of Stevia in place of sugar and used 3 teaspoons of baking powder. Baked for about 10 mins longer. Mixture was thicker than a batter so the pears did not sink as described in recipe but I put the raspberries on top and baked anyway. Turned lout really well and will definitely make again.
