  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 lemon peel (finely grated)
  • 1 lime peel (finely grated)
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 15 ounces pears (drained and chopped)
  • 8 crepes (ready-made)
  • powdered sugar (to dust)

    Directions

    1. Combine coconut, condensed milk and citrus peels and juices in a large bowl. Stir until mixture thickens. Fold in cream, then pears.
    2. Warm the crepes according to the package directions. Spoon pear mixture onto each crepe. Fold into quarters. Serve dusted with powdered sugar.
