- 2 pears (firm, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch dice - I used bosc)
- 1/3 cup dried fruit (I used figs but any dried fruit will do!)
- 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 pkg. phyllo dough (thawed according to package directions)
- 2 Tbsp. butter (melted)
- 1/3 cup greek yogurt (or sour cream)
